When retrogrades happen the planet in Retrograde stands still creating space for us to check in with where we are in life. This retrograde in dreamy Pisces from February 16th to March 9th holds a time to revive our dreams and re-imagine possibilities. Retrogrades can often cause confusion, forgetfulness and misinformation which are all part of the experience, through the stillness of the time we may also find that we are aware of much concerned with the spirit rather than the body or material things than the logical mind can perceive. During this workshops with Abhaijot Kaur we will work during the turning point of Mercury Retrograde. The three days before Mercury turns back direct is the initiation, when the most friction tends to occur and where we must be sure we did our month assessment and realignment correctly. Together we will vibrate  through a 62 minute of mantra meditation which will help change the gray matter in the brain, in turn the subconscious shadow mind and your positive projection will be integrated. Completing the momentum with journaling in intention and Somatic Sound Journey.
