Breath the container that holds our Aura has the power to move stagnation on a cellular level, helping to brighten and regenerate our aura. During this class we will use our breath or as the yogis call it Prana to move the stagnation and Regenerate just as Mother Nature from the cold Winter allowing us to Spring into action keeping our Aura nice and bright. We will end with a 30-minute Sound Bath using the sacred Gong to help hold our frequency.
